@ Basema,
Leadership is not important today; it has always been important. The only analogy i can think of right now is that with the sun.
When clouds cover the sun, it still shines. Its not because we did not see leadership as being important or apparent that it did not exist. As a matter of fact, it is only the leaders who succeeded in the past... I hope that these few words have helped you :-)

Have fun and offer an alternative to the stupid way we do everything now. When I was about 8 years old I had a teacher tell me that in 40 years time with all the improvements in technology and efficiency we would only be working 2 days a week. So, I started working on the complex of systems that would allow us to be on holiday 5 days of the week. It is possible, but I do not know how to get 6 billion people to sign on.

Right said Franz! I can hardly diagree with you on that one. I do tend to think that NLP is of prime importance in building up a good rapport with those around you. On the other hand, it is not only knowing it but also putting it to its rightful use which is important.
I wish you a lot of good use of the NLP, and we will definitely look forward to learn about your progress in the matter.
humble regards

Regarding NLP, the most important skill to me would be to practice your sensory acuity and get into rapport. According to Milton Erickson:" Everything is possible in the presence of good rapport"
