Hi, Deborah:

This place has been pretty quiet lately.  Pick a topic, and lets start a discussion.

Hello, is anyone out there?

Comment by Kumar Motiani on September 13, 2011 at 12:54am

@ Mary Fernandes - Yes you may as long as you give us the credit in giving us as the source, and this site as the place where you got it (Harvard Referencing)

@Basema Spikerman - Leadership is important for many a reason but your question is still somewhat vague - what do you compare leadership with when you say that "it [leadership] is so important these days" (Spikerman, 2010)

Can you please throw some more light on your perspective?

@Francis Foka, that is what they are here for. please dodrop us a line if and when you have drawn some benefit from them. As I mentioned above, our needs in terms of learning about leadership are individual and based on many a various aspect.

Like I requested Maria, if you do use any material from here please do provide us as your source as per Harvard Referencing. :-)

Thanks a ton for your support.

Humble regards

Kumar

@ Basema,
Leadership is not important today; it has always been important. The only analogy i can think of right now is that with the sun.
When clouds cover the sun, it still shines. Its not because we did not see leadership as being important or apparent that it did not exist. As a matter of fact, it is only the leaders who succeeded in the past... I hope that these few words have helped you :-)
