What do you do now? What is your goal?

President & CEO of LeaderLink - we build high-performing sales leadership teams! Adding our efforts to rebuild the captive distribution channel for a Canadian insurer on a disciplined P&L basis. Tackling distribution capacity - known as the 'holy grail' of issues facing insurers.

What is your interest in business?

I have participated in the shaping of strategy for several financial services organizations. I am interested in the study of strategy to improve my contribution.
