Caryn Condon Williams said… - I work with the CEO of many different types of businesses (Marketing Communications Companies, PR, Media & Executive Writers, Motivational Speakers, Legal Staffing Firms, Attorneys and Art Galleries to name a few) to help them understand how to think like a CEO to drive their businesses. BUT also how to drive sales. I teach them about what markets to target, if they are targeting the "right" market for their product/service. I also teach them how to sell, "customer service", how everyone on their staff is actually a salesperson and the list goes on and on.
I've owned 3 businesses with 4 profit centers. I've started all of them from the ground up, managed them and then sold them for a profit. Now, I'm teaching others how to do the same thing.
