- What do you do now? What is your goal?
- I am a management consultant and trainer specializing in strategic planning, leadership and organizational development, performance management, quality improvement, customer service, and teamwork.
I am blessed to know exactly why I am on this earth and my purpose for being here. I am here to help other people be successful in their lives -- both professionally and personally. Everything I do as a consultant, spouse, father, friend, neighbor and citizen is designed toward that end. I try to teach and help other people in every interaction and situation I face. My most sincere desire is to help as many people as I can, particularly those who struggle most in this life.
- What is your interest in business?
- My interest in business -- as with people -- is to get better results. There is nothing more gratifying than seeing businesses and people rise to a higher level of performance.
