Three goals in life:
1) Be Happy NOW
2) Take care of your friends and family, and
3) If you have a dream... go for it now!!, don't wait until you have no energies nor time to do it...
Thanks Marshall!!!

really well done, connection perfect.
I would like to see more interaction with the partecipant.
What an inspiration! Would be great to expand this exercise in the political environment, where we can finally get to know what’s really going on. Mainly we should love ourselves and everyone else is also a god within themselves, there is always something to learn and do.
Great presentation. When I'll "grow up" I'll speak so freely as you do. I really enjoy how relaxed you are in front of the crowd and have no resevations calling stupid things "stupid".... Great info with super delivery. I'm very inspired.
It is my honor and pleasure to see you here and get a good lesson again.
I am afraid to invite you as my friend but I invite you.
Please accept then I would be a real my honor.
Marshall,
I have your latest book (What got you here...) on audiotape and look forward to getting in my little car to listen to it (am on my 3rd time through). I was thrilled to note that you 1. are on Life 2. have this video 3. posted it
Such high quality of content & you are a master at delivery, working the room. I will be looking on YouTube for other examples of your work. Really like the 2-way process and that it's future focused. I am working on 2 things right now - listening & adding too much value. The whole area of 'adding too much value' was an aha moment for me - I almost drove off the road when I first heard it on the audio book! Wow! I have been guilty of doing that all of my life.
Items that jumped out at me today:
-coaching is most effective (for both parties!) when it is 2-way
- don't need a deep knowledge or have to be 'better' than the other person to have a great coaching experience occur.
As Elizabeth Lesser says "we are all bozos on the bus". It was so clear the folks in the room were having fun and getting a lot out of the various exercises in the session. Wrote down the process (took me a bit to find a slide that I could freeze):
Ask - Will you help me? How can I improve X going forward?
Listen - without judging
Think
Thank - without debate or explanation!!!
Respond
Involve
Change
Follow-up - periodic & consistent is best
Thank you for sharing! You have enriched my day today and reminded me to ask my parents and my husband the same questions.
