I am very appreciative of the Chai network. I have not been able to take advantage of the lessons. For I have tried to listen to Lesson 1 more than 20Xs and the lesson would cease to play. This happens virtual all hours of the normal day. I don't have this problem with youtube or any other videos that are posted on the net..

Anyone have any suggestions for me?

Thanks Steve

Thank you for sharing this information with us. Great lecture. It was a great refresher course for information I had learned in business classes toward my bachelor degree. I look forward to future courses and learning more.

Regretably the volume level is low, requiring a boost. I do want to be in the chai network.

Excellent introduction. Totally agree with looking at customers - only way to increase profit. I've been using 4 Ways to increase value of business - increase customers, increase number of times customers spend, increase customer spend and systematise processes (including financial controls). These are only ways to increase profit - can anyone tell me other ways ?
