great case study, can easily be tied to the book "What would Google Do" which speaks about treating your live and your business similar to Google. " Don't be Evil, Open the walls, be flexible"

Thank you; very informative. I Googled "google case study" and quite a bit of information popped up regarding Google as a company including Founder's Letter, SEC Filings, etc.

Thank you so much for this video.... It was quite informative and I was able to see the interplay with our last assignment relating to AMEX and McDonalds.... Additionally, I clearly the concept of creating a client and providing utility thereto....
